1. What was the inspiration behind the song?

My inspiration came from listening to various Christian songs. I wanted to compose a song which would let the listeners reflect and ponder over the lyrics, and allow them to feel that there is a God out there who will always be beside us no matter what, and not let us feel lonely.
2. What are you trying to express/communicate through the song?

This song is expressing the loneliness of one without Jesus. Without Him, our life is so empty and lonely, and we are nothing compared to Him. With Jesus, we need not feel afraid or unloved anymore.
